Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in graphic design is strongly recommended
- 2+ years of graphic design experience
- Experience creating overall layouts and production designs for web assets, PDFs, social media, email, PowerPoints, etc.
- Experience with video creation and animation is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with additional video animation tools is a plus
- Skilled in photo editing
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
- Ability to craft visually compelling narratives
- Creativity and innovation in developing ideas and concepts
- Attention to detail, good judgment, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively

Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling videos and animations
- Create custom designs for digital assets (videos, web content, PDFs, social media, emails, PowerPoints)
- Manage daily creative project flow and prioritization
- Translate complex concepts into visually appealing animations, graphics, and diagrams
- Experiment with new ideas and graphic AI tools
