10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role MBA or Masters from a premium institution Hands-on experience in managing projects and products Experienced in Java, Front end technologies (Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular), AWS, Modular software development, multi-tenant architecture and highly scalable systems Hands on Full stack architecture experience In-depth knowledge of Docker Containers, Kubernetes Cluster management and orchestration, microservice architectures, DevOps practices and tooling Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy Understanding of budgets and business-planning Ability to conduct technological analyses and research Excellent communication skills Leadership and organizational abilities Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude Experience in architecture, developing, deploying, and operating large scale, highly available, SaaS applications and services in private or public cloud Multi-tenanted virtualized platforms managing mission critical workloads Server Operating systems internals, benchmarking and performance tuning (Linux & Windows) Excellent understanding of availability, resiliency and durability architecture Deployment & Troubleshooting knowledge of Private and Public Clouds (AWS) Hybrid and Multi-Cloud Deployments Proficient with configuration & release management tools (Ansible, Chef or Puppet) Exceptional team management skills
