Policy & Advocacy Lead

Advanced degree (JD, MPP, or Master’s in International Relations or Political Science) or equivalent work experience. Experience across government relations, public affairs, legislative or regulatory environments, and policy advocacy. Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and their intersection with policy and regulation. Well-established relationships with policymakers and regulators, primarily in the U.S. Proven ability to build coalitions and partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.

Organizing and facilitating meetings with policymakers, regulators and strategic advocacy partners. Tracking policy and regulatory developments affecting Grass. Developing policy and regulatory advocacy strategies in line with Grass’ mission. Working closely with PR partners to support policy-related efforts with our media strategy.
