Requirements:
Ability to build rapport with customers. Resilient, gritty, and competitive spirit. Coachable mindset. Personal drive to succeed. Love of negotiating, making deals and selling. Competitive mindset with drive to win. Previous sales experience in Real Estate or wholesaling (preferred). Recently acquired Real Estate License or Degree in Real Estate (preferred). Sales experience in B2C environment (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Run virtual and in-person appointments with property sellers weekly. Negotiate the price and terms of property acquisitions. Field calls from potential buyers and sellers. Follow up and nurture real estate leads. Show deals to local investors. Network and find organic property leads. Build relationships with local investors.
