Proven experience as a trainer or L&D professional with a track record of developing Train-the-Trainer materials. Strong understanding of facilitation techniques, adult learning principles, and learner engagement strategies. Experience working on training programs in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, life sciences, or clinical engagement is a plus. Ability to structure and simplify complex content for effective trainer delivery. Proficiency in PowerPoint or equivalent presentation tools. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
