- Proven experience within the fashion industry or working with fashion/lifestyle brands
- Solid understanding of Gen Z consumer behaviour, particularly in relation to fashion and youth marketing
- A track record of managing complex partnerships and multi-stakeholder relationships
- Confidence in delivering compelling pitches and data-led insights, both virtually and in person
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Creative thinking combined with a strategic approach to problem solving
- Ability to travel when required
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience in account management, marketing strategy, or brand/media partnerships, ideally within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries
- A strong commercial mindset and the ability to understand and impact partner profitability
- Experience in building and executing upper-funnel brand and media plans
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders within partner brands to ensure all UNiDAYS initiatives align with their commercial and brand objectives.
- Lead account planning across your portfolio, supporting tier 1 partners with strategic guidance and comprehensive campaign roadmaps.
- Develop and execute 360° marketing and media plans across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, tailored to Gen Z audiences.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver curated, trend-led merchandising, high-impact campaigns, and seasonal activations.
- Monitor and track campaign and account performance, delivering clear insight reports and recommendations to drive operational excellence and improved profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities across new markets and retail formats (e.g., in-store, regional, graduate), in line with our goal to expand student reach.
- Ensure sustainable commercial growth for both partners and UNiDAYS through data-driven decisions and student-first strategies.
- Stay ahead of cultural, seasonal and category trends to help inform strategic plans and maintain our leadership position in the student fashion market
