Learn and communicate complex medical topics, industry compliance, client programs, and pharmacy/insurance landscapes. Complete assigned disease state and product training. Deliver approved, education-focused messages and disease-state information to HCPs. Build and execute business plans with existing employees. Enhance HCP awareness of products and clinical data. Equip HCPs with tools for clinical conversations. Build HCP trust, knowledge, and confidence in identifying treatment gaps. Increase awareness of therapeutic areas and empower HCPs to identify treatment gaps. Achieve call activity, adherence, and brand performance objectives. Generate sample and literature requests accurately. Maintain database entries on customer calls. Provide feedback and recommendations to team leadership. Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies. Work independently from a remote home office. Cultivate assigned virtual territory and be accountable for measurable results.
