Corporate Paralegal - Remote

2+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal. Some law firm experience (Required). 3+ years of experience in research & writing (Required). Bachelor's Degree (Required). Ability to deliver clear, concise, and accurate messages verbally and in writing. Ability to establish priorities and objectives. Initiative to take independent actions and ask for/offer help. Resourceful, well-organized with excellent attention to detail. Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of matters. Positive attitude and commitment to professionalism. Excellent analytical and writing skills. Strong ability to conduct and summarize legal research. Proficient computer and internet skills, with an ability to quickly learn new functions and applications. Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. Assist with employment, lease, vendor, and operational matters. Administer and maintain operational databases for subsidiaries. Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and submit reports. Assist with obtaining certified documents. Prepare and edit correspondence and documents. Assist in the preparation of operational legal documents. Organize and manage transactional closing processes and documentation. Liaise with internal executives, staff, and practice staff. Provide administrative support to General Counsel and attorneys.
