Integration Engineer (EMEA)

Experience from a previous technical position (e.g., Systems Engineer, Integration Engineer, DevOps Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer) or equivalent education/skills. Ability and desire to work remotely. Familiarity with several of the following: Bitwarden, Linux, Windows, macOS, Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, NFS, CIFS, Bash, PowerShell, Active Directory, LDAP, Google Workspace, Azure Entra ID, Jumpcloud, Cloudflare, Okta, GCP, AWS, Azure, Android, iOS, GitHub, NGINX, SQL, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP, SSO, SCIM, TLS/SSL, PKI, RESTful APIs.

Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bitwarden products. Lead proof-of-concept trials, new deployments, and integrations. Advise customers on industry best practices for Bitwarden. Solve issues and identify future solutions for enterprise customers. Provide guidance for customer implementations and integrations. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product associates. Assist in planning, developing, and presenting live technical product demonstrations. Document and share customer feedback.
