Manage daily operations for a portfolio of large strategic partnerships. Develop deep subject matter expertise for each relationship. Create strategic plans to grow important relationships. Ensure partners achieve commitments and track their performance. Collaborate with sales, product, finance, and leadership for exceptional partner experience. Facilitate contracting with payers, trading partners, and third parties. Serve as the external liaison for Payer connectivity/EDI business leaders and technical teams. Act as internal escalation path for payer related issues. Facilitate efficient connectivity issue resolution.
