• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with good time management skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize different sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates for various roles.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for specific positions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage and facilitate the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment efforts.
