Requirements:

  • You’ve got at least 3 years of experience as a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner (or a similar role).

Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with one (or multiple!) scaling companies in Europe to build and refine their hiring strategies.
  • Designing and optimizing hiring processes, including scorecards, interview structures, and analytics to ensure smooth and effective hiring.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment on hiring goals.
  • Figuring out the best places to find top candidates, running sourcing activities, and making sure job ads reach the right people.
  • Owning the success and longevity of recruitment projects, delivering tailored solutions that make a lasting impact.
