Requirements:
Experience with Jira or a similar work management system. Familiarity with sending queries to API endpoints (either REST or GraphQL). Basic SQL skills to query out data in support of customers and perform basic data updates as needed. Python skills (pandas required) that will help in performing data cleaning, data manipulation, and simple data analysis tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities, with empathy and patience. Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Clean and upload client data, including customer, product, and inventory information. Develop familiarity with competitor PoS systems and how they perform their reporting. Document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support scaling efforts. Collaborate with the implementation and customer success teams to understand client needs and ensure data accuracy. Manage a dynamic client list, tracking each client’s status to determine the necessary tasks that need to be completed, and responding to feedback from the implementation team in a timely manner.
