Clean and upload client data, including customer, product, and inventory information. Develop familiarity with competitor PoS systems and how they perform their reporting. Document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support scaling efforts. Collaborate with the implementation and customer success teams to understand client needs and ensure data accuracy. Manage a dynamic client list, tracking each client’s status to determine the necessary tasks that need to be completed, and responding to feedback from the implementation team in a timely manner.
