Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role in Property Management. High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. College degree in a relatable field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Certification or designation from an accredited organization is preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, COS, CPM, MPM, RMP, etc.). Valid Real Estate Salesperson License (requirement varies by state). Valid Driver's License, good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Proficiency in Yardi, Weblisters, Site Pro, RealPage, Onesite, On-Site, Knock, G-Suite, Entrada, Adobe Acrobat, Craigslist, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Mail, Google Drive, Internet Use, and Basic Computer Skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned group of assets and enforce FPI Management policies. Prepare annual operating budgets and monitor project budgets. Make rent and concession recommendations based on market conditions. Ensure properties maintain required forms, leases, and documents. Oversee unit maintenance, turn-overs, and exterior curb appeal. Review vacancies, availability, and turn-over rates. Monitor financial reports to ensure budgetary control. Oversee service requests for completion and resident satisfaction. Provide training and positive guidance to employees. Respond to resident, client, and vendor communications within 24 hours. Participate in recruiting and make hiring decisions for on-site positions. Ensure compliance with FPI Safety Policies and Procedures. Maintain communication with Clients and Supervisors to meet objectives. Enforce community rules and regulations, and Fair Housing Laws.
