Requirements:
  • Experience in transportation and logistics is a must have
  • Customer-facing industry experience with proven relationship-building skills
  • Ability to independently source leads, manage cold outreach (calls and emails), and follow up consistently
  • Proficient in tools such as Revenova, DAT, Highway, Carrier411, Slack, DialPad, and Font
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to hit performance goals
  • Must be capable of generating at least $20,000 in monthly gross profit
  • Being able to bring an existing book of business or industry relationships is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold outreach via phone and email to engage shippers and secure freight opportunities
  • Promote a variety of freight services including: dry van, open deck, drayage, drop deck, expedited freight, truckload, and temperature-controlled solutions
  • Promote supply chain and logistics services such as managed services and reverse logistics
  • Target customers across diverse industries: aerospace, cannabis, consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, hazmat, perishables, and retail logistics
  • Focus outreach by region: Midwest, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest
  • Track and report KPIs such as load counts, revenue margins, and ongoing account growth
  • Manage client relationships beyond the initial sale to ensure long-term success
