2+ years of experience in a technical support, SRE, or DevOps role Strong proficiency and 2+ years of experience supporting Snowflake Data Cloud platforms is required Proficiency and experience in other cloud technologies (e.g. SQL, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.) Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts Ability to read and interpret logs, error messages, and performance metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer-first mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership Strong debugging, problem solving and logic skills Scripting experience in Python, Bash, and PowerShell Exposure to ETL tools, data pipelines, and BI platforms Knowledge of incident management and ticketing tools (e.g. ConnectWise, Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
