Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing — B2B marketing experience is a must; HR or recruiting marketing is a plus.
- Proven track record of crafting and executing lead-generation campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Experience planning and promoting both online and offline events.
- Ideally, exposure to ABM strategies.
- Skilled in email marketing and social media — you know how to craft messages that engage.
- Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the marketing strategy from the ground up — create, execute, and optimize a scalable marketing plan aligned with business goals.
- Design and implement lead-generation campaigns (inbound & outbound) to fill the pipeline with qualified prospects.
- Organize, manage, and promote in-person and virtual events (webinars, roundtables, meetups, etc.).
- Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage and convert strategic accounts.
- Build and manage email workflows, newsletters, and outreach strategies.
- Manage Tribe.xyz’s social channels (organic and paid), SEA, and content strategy.
- Work closely with sales, recruitment, and leadership to understand customer pain points and create impactful messaging.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize efforts and showcase ROI.
- Own marketing team hiring, leadership, and budget management as we grow.
