Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing — B2B marketing experience is a must; HR or recruiting marketing is a plus.
  • Proven track record of crafting and executing lead-generation campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Experience planning and promoting both online and offline events.
  • Ideally, exposure to ABM strategies.
  • Skilled in email marketing and social media — you know how to craft messages that engage.
  • Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Startup-like environment experience, with a knack for autonomy and adaptability.
  • Comfortable leading cross-team projects and navigating ambiguity.
  • Prior budget management experience, with the ambition to build and lead a marketing team.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the marketing strategy from the ground up — create, execute, and optimize a scalable marketing plan aligned with business goals.
  • Design and implement lead-generation campaigns (inbound & outbound) to fill the pipeline with qualified prospects.
  • Organize, manage, and promote in-person and virtual events (webinars, roundtables, meetups, etc.).
  • Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage and convert strategic accounts.
  • Build and manage email workflows, newsletters, and outreach strategies.
  • Manage Tribe.xyz’s social channels (organic and paid), SEA, and content strategy.
  • Work closely with sales, recruitment, and leadership to understand customer pain points and create impactful messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize efforts and showcase ROI.
  • Own marketing team hiring, leadership, and budget management as we grow.
