Support all brand business objectives with a clear, concise and innovative strategic vision for the Trade Marketing department to help elevate the brand experience, drive retail velocities and expand consumer reach Deliver yearly Trade Marketing plans to underpin annual business targets and your department’s strategic vision Lead Trade Show coordination and execution Develop localized media plans, in alignment with Sales team, to amplify efforts Ensure Trade Marketing support is represented in new product Go-To-Market plans Close alignment with Sales organization, including regular meetings in person and online, to establish shared objectives and deploy plans to achieve those objectives Work closely with the Sales team to close the loop and ensure ROI from sampling drives to purchases Closely manage external sampling agency, ensuring budget compliance and KPI achievement without compromising the quality of activity Focus on high-quality consumer interactions (1on1 sampling), providing product and benefits education and driving foot-traffic to stores Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure samples are ordered and delivered to hit required timelines Support Event and Sales initiatives with sampling missions Source, order an Identify and attend events to immerse consumers in a Nutrabolt brand and product experience Target opportunities to impact consumers on a large scale, either through high attendance events or indirectly through “influence the influencer” opportunities Activate in a manner which surprises and delights consumers. The aim should be spearheading viral moments and positive word of mouth. Provide recommendations for disruptive programming and tools to gain consumer share of mind within retail; overseeing the planning, development, execution and tracking of these activities Maximize opportunities to drive sell-in and sell-through, including: commercialization decks, annual plans and programming Work closely with internal and external business partners to craft selling stories that differentiate our brands Develop and manage annual budgets Manage inventory for marketing materials such as POS, dealer loaders, giveaways and wearables. Support IRCs development through forecasting, design, printing, shipping, redemptions Support creative services request, management of local and custom requests, including inputting creative briefs into our project management platform
