- Partner closely with Product and Sales to ensure message-market fit.
- Build and lead launch strategies for new features and product releases.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen, Content, and RevOps to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue impact.
- Define launch success metrics and optimize accordingly.
- Equip Sales and Success teams with materials that convert: battle cards, one-pagers, pitch decks, FAQs.
- Gather insights from customers, prospects, and the field to inform strategy and improve messaging.
- Own competitive intelligence and positioning frameworks.
- Be the expert on our customers, competitors, and market trends.
- Influence roadmap decisions with qualitative and quantitative insights.
