EN16005 authorised technician Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Skilled Worker Certified Full UK Driving Licence Installation experience of door systems Strong sense of ownership and responsibility Practical problem solver Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently High technical competency with willingness to learn FAAC product knowledge is preferable Practical engineering expertise including field engineering skill Clear and concise verbal communicator Comfortable communicating via telephone Customer focused Team player Patient and calm under pressure Proficient in IT systems and tools

Install and manage the installation of FAAC door systems Undertake necessary pre-installation checks Ensure compliance with Installation work instructions Liaise with clients, other trades, and third parties Install equipment in-line with company standards and regulations Complete post-installation and commissioning checks Support warranty resolution Support the handover process and provide site training Maintain company-supplied tools, equipment, and vehicles Attend pre-order and site meetings as required
