Requirements:

• Deep expertise in observability, incident response, and system reliability in cloud environments (GCP preferred, AWS also valued)
• Strong knowledge of cloud design patterns and experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript codebases
• Experience with backend infrastructure and a keen interest in scaling AI-driven platforms

Responsibilities:

• Build, deploy, and maintain observability platforms to support team-wide metrics and dashboard visibility
• Lead system design using cloud-native patterns to ensure scalability and reliability across environments
• Collaborate with engineering teams during production incidents and support post-incident reviews
• Enhance incident response protocols and help promote a culture of reliability and continuous improvement
• Automate manual processes to reduce developer toil and improve overall team productivity
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor on SRE best practices
• Communicate architectural decisions across impacted teams and contribute to cross-functional planning
