Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Remote) - Pennsylvania License

Board Certified NP or PA Active DEA license (schedule 3N, 4, 5) Fully licensed to practice in Pennsylvania Proficient and comfortable working in a remote telehealth environment Passionate about working with vulnerable or marginalized populations Willing to work in a team-based approach model of patient care

Determine individualized treatment plans for patients Facilitate changes to treatment plans when patients are not improving Use motivational interviewing and other behavioral interventions Conduct behavioral health / psych evaluations Track treatment response and monitor patients for changes Prescribe or queue appropriate medications Provide patient education on OUD and MOUD Document all patient encounters in Ophelia’s EHR
