Requirements:
5+ years in product management, with at least 2+ years focused on mobile app development (iOS and Android). Demonstrated success launching and iterating consumer-facing features, especially in community or social platforms. Experience integrating or working with AI tools and features (e.g., personalization, automation, chatbots). Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile/scrum methodologies, and cross-functional team collaboration. Experience with Mighty Network or other social/community management platforms. Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Trello, Figma, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar. Comfortable navigating both product and tech conversations. Adaptable and agile approach to community management. Strong ability to keep teams aligned, motivated, and on-track. Strong ability to streamline collaboration and manage competing priorities. Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments. Passion for community building, wellness, and meaningful technology. Responsibilities:
Develop scalable community frameworks, including sub-communities. Lead community-building strategies to foster engagement. Integrate and optimize Mighty Network and other community tools. Research user needs to improve community experience. Establish community guidelines aligned with SOULCHI's values. Explore and implement AI-based features to enhance engagement. Collaborate with tech teams to translate ideas into features. Own and evolve the product roadmap for community and AI features. Define user stories, lead backlog grooming, and ensure sprint planning. Deliver high-quality features balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and strategy. Conduct regular user testing for community features. Develop and manage community feedback loops. Serve as the central point of coordination across engineering and product teams. Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams on feature integration. Collaborate with marketing and content teams for community initiatives. Maintain tight project management processes and communication.
