Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and define potential hardware enhancements, working closely with our hardware team to define the solution. Define and execute your product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on staff user needs, business goals, and market dynamics. Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the impact of product initiatives on staff efficiency and satisfaction. Collaborate closely with data analytics, product design, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
