E-Mail Marketing Manager (f/m/x)

Degree in communication, marketing or comparable, or autodidact Initial professional experience in email campaigns, content creation and/or (email) design Hands-on mentality, eagerness to learn and a structured approach Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Fluent in Spanish or Italian would be a plus

Develop new concepts and improve existing marketing touch points by A/B testing Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective email templates Monitor and analyze performance metrics Coordinate all campaign related activities with relevant stakeholders
