Maintain client data in our global CRM system. Follow Global Data Quality and Data Management best practices, documented processes, and procedures. Maintain the data following the established Service level agreements, supporting ad-hoc and bulk requests and working with the Sales and Sales Operations Teams. Support any assigned internal projects, orienting and proposing solutions to problems. Perform auditing, cleansing and deduplication, reviewing the data for completeness and validity ensuring that data policies turn into practice. Resolve data quality issues, when processing, monitoring, researching, conducting and measuring data improvements. Document and formalize data standards and processes on an ongoing basis.
