- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market efforts.
- Identify key audience segments and tailor messaging to address their needs, pain points, and decision-making criteria.
- Partner with product management to influence roadmap decisions based on market feedback and collaborate with sales to refine strategies based on customer interactions.
