Requirements:
  • Experience working within a Managed Service Provider, telco or carrier service provider
  • Excel Skills
  • Supervisory experience
  • Basic understanding of WAN Technologies and Voice Services available from Major Telcos and delivery process to Business Customers
  • Experience with Service ordering for Major Telco/NBN Tails (wholesale) and Data Centre Services.
  • Experience with Reckon or similar purchasing platforms
  • Previous Experience with handling Commercial Contracts and Sales Support.
  • Proven Experience in licensing management, billing and procurement (O365, MS SPLA)
Responsibilities:
  • Order and Delivery management with Carrier WAN, Data Centre and Cloud Service Providers
  • Maintain and Update Progress within ticket management system
  • Working closely with our PM/SDM teams, identify blocks/hurdles for remediation, follow due process with set escalations paths with Upstream Carrier.
  • Update relevant stake holders of upcoming Carrier appointments (installs) and work with the Delivery/Project Team to ensure Carrier Techs have a seamless path way to Site Access and approval to commence Physical install works
  • Initiate and manage purchase orders (POs) using Reckon to facilitate licensing procurement and ensure proper allocation of funds and resources.
  • Manage the ordering and billing processes for Microsoft licensing systems (O365, MS SPLA), ensuring that all billing is accurate, timely, and aligns with the licensing terms.
  • Assist with reconciling monthly commercials invoices with our Carriers, Data Center and Cloud Providers.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of licensing data, ensuring that all licensing records are up-to-date and discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Maintain and update records within Company’s CRM and Internal Systems, ensuring all Billing and records are accurate.
  • Ensure Out of Scope commercials are escalated to the Commercial/Delivery/PM Stakeholders team for approval.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with our key Upstream Carriers, Vendors and Cloud Service Providers and their Operational processes.
