• Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English and Ukrainian (C1+)
• At least 0.5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience, or successful completion of professional courses in the Talent Acquisition or Recruitment field
• Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
• Desire to advance in IT
• Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills
• Open, easy-going personality

Responsibilities:

• Attract candidates through various job platforms
• Advertise open roles on various channels
• Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities
• Liaise with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs
• Conduct different researches
• Screen candidates via phone and video
