Requirements:
  • Have some prior experience working on integrations, building marketplaces, or in developer ecosystems.
  • Have 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers
  • Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams
  • Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken
  • Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders
  • Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives
Responsibilities:
  • Deeply understand our customers and our market
  • Take ownership of our Integrations Platform, namely focusing on continuous improvement of the platform and creating a world-class integrations experience for customers
  • Strongly influence our new integration development and continuous improvement, working closely with other teams to identify priorities and drive adoption of new integration primitives
  • Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company
  • Deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage
  • Help to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow
