Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administrative support, preferably in security technology, low-voltage installations, or a related industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of mobile surveillance products.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm service schedules and ensure timely installations.
  • Track and update project timelines to maintain efficient operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to mobile surveillance and low-voltage installations.
  • Troubleshoot basic service issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and oversee the installation of low-voltage projects, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
  • Issue and collect customer deposits and payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Track and follow up on past-due invoices, coordinating with the finance team as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and supporting documentation for new projects.
  • Facilitate contract execution and ensure proper setup within internal systems.
  • Maintain organized records of agreements, payments, and project details.
