UX/ UI Designer

3–5 years of experience as a UX, UI, or Product Designer with a strong digital portfolio. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, etc.). Experience designing responsive interfaces and mobile-first experiences. Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/React concepts is a plus). Strong visual design skills with attention to layout, typography, and branding. Excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate design decisions and rationale. Comfort working in an agile, fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Translate product requirements into intuitive, elegant user experiences for web and mobile platforms. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Work closely with product and engineering to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs. Contribute to the development and evolution of our design system and visual language. Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and UX best practices across the organization. Continuously iterate based on feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
