Requirements:
- Figma knowledge, including experience in components, features (autolayouts, constraints etc.), libraries, and design systems on an advanced level
- Board collaboration/mind mapping tools experience (we use mostly FigJam)
- Deep knowledge of HCD, UCD, and other methodologies
- Experience in usability testing and analytics tools
- Knowledge of WCAG
- Can perform discovery and research to define the project concept and its UX architecture
- Portfolio with strong visual cases (3+ complicated web applications - SaaS, CRM, ERP, admin, dashboards etc.) is compulsory
Responsibilities:
- Perform design tasks given by Design BA
- Follow team design standards
- Perform self-check on mockup quality
- Provide full interface delivery according to the defined requirements
- Communicate with development team on the mockups progress ansd updates along with Design BA
- Perform UX research practices and UI concepting
- Define with Design Lead personal growth tasks and plan
- Be initiative on the new processes/standards/team activities
- Find the ways of the product design improvements and provide alternative solutions
- Estimate your design tasks and update Design BA on the progress and updates
- Participate in client meetings
