Requirements:

- Strong, persuasive writing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Associated Press (AP) style standards
- Ability to adapt content for various audiences, purposes, and media
- Exceptional project management skills
- Expertise in proposal management software, AI-driven automation, and digital tools
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) & Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) responses
- Craft compelling cover letters, executive summaries, and key messaging
- Research clients, competitors, and industry trends
- Identify new content for the RFPIO Answer Library and leverage AI technology
- Assess and implement client changes and edits
- Collaborate with sales and client relationship executives
