- Strong preference for candidates with experience using HubSpot’s Marketing tools to build and manage campaigns, including email outreach, workflows, and audience segmentation

- Drive interest through personalized, insight-led campaigns leveraging email, LinkedIn, video, and other channels (e.g. Hubspot, Salesloft, Gong, Sales Navigator).
- Strategically research and map accounts - leveraging 10-Ks, annual reports, and industry news - to tailor outreach to the most relevant trends, personas, and initiatives.
- Master internal systems and tools (Hubspot, Metabase, Salesloft, Gong) to manage campaign activity, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Develop deep knowledge of the Ceros value proposition within target industries and personas; translate that into messaging that resonates and drives action.
- Build credibility by demonstrating a strong understanding of our clients’ industries, challenges, and goals—and position Ceros as the solution that helps them win.
- Maintain full fluency in the Ceros suite and the impact it delivers, helping elevate the brand in every campaign interaction.
