Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the VP of Marketing and Director of Growth Marketing to develop a shared Marketing x Product roadmap that identifies, scopes, and executes the highest impact growth opportunities across new customer acquisition, retention, and re-activation.
  • Come to the table with strong opinions and innovative ideas on how to drive product led growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to launch A/B tests and other initiatives that provide valuable insights and drive key performance metrics
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making to identify and validate new product opportunities.
  • Set product KPIs and build dashboards to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
  • Build quantitative business cases to prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring the highest impact opportunities get prioritized.
