Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience designing across multiple platforms (e.g., Android, iOS, and Web). Solid visual awareness with an understanding of fundamental design principles and tools, such as Figma, Miro, etc. Ability to create clean, modern, and intuitive UI designs that enhance user experience. Good understanding of design systems and component libraries. Experience with UX research methods, user testing, and data-driven design decisions. Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience collaborating with frontend developers and some understanding of how design translates into code.
Responsibilities:
Own the product design lifecycle from ideation to implementation. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for mobile and web. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers. Research emerging design trends and best practices. Champion accessibility and inclusivity in design. Contribute to developing and maintaining a design system. Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing. Translate product performance results into design improvements.
