Experienced Oracle Apps Functional and Technical Consultant skilled in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle ERP R12. Module familiarisation needed on any of the following: AP,AR,GL,FA,PO,OM,SCM,Manufacturing

Programming support of the client’s Oracle E-Business R12 environment - Oracle Reports, Forms, BI-Publisher reports, database procedures, triggers and Linux shell scripts. Maintain a current suite of custom objects as well as scope and build new ones based on business requirements. Delivers architecture design, coding, development, and production support of Oracle EBS applications and databases. Module familiarisation needed on any of the following: AP,AR,GL,FA,PO,OM,SCM,ManufacturingAdapts to existing EBS modules and implements new functionalities as required to accommodate organisational changes or internal client needs. Provides daily technical user support for applications including the diagnosing and solving of technical issues and providing regular data maintenance. Review and understand business requirements, recommend solutions and provide level of effort estimates to complete customizations or configurations to the application. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ensure program code is written according to documented software development processes and standards based on client documentation and change management practices. Develop efficient and effective test plans. Use technical and functional knowledge of Oracle ERP to identify and solve problems. Lead functional requirements gathering exercises and come up with a roadmap for migrations, upgrades and new implementations. Work with third party tax and other analytical and payment processing solutions integrated with Oracle EBS
