Requirements:
3+ years of professional writing experience in UX writing, technical writing, or copywriting. BA/BS degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience. Online portfolio of consumer centric writing samples and content design, including at least two launched products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative problem-solving mindset. Experience working and collaborating in Figma. Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, and product managers.
Responsibilities:
Write clear and concise copy for all aspects of the digital user experience. Express Brand attributes across multiple products and experiences. Collaborate with product designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers. Lead content discussions and present work. Monitor creative testing outcomes to infer messaging insights. Build and sustain collaboration with fellow Marketing writers. Maintain UX writing discipline by adhering to style guides and workflows. Manage content projects through workflow systems. Provide additional writing support outside of UX. Act as a subject matter expert for quality UX writing.
