Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and enhance Service Now applications and modules
- Create and modify workflows, forms, scripts, and reports within the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and maintain Service Now integrations with third-party systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Service Now applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
- Ensure all code and configurations adhere to best practices and security standards
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members
