Requirements:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (to current release)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (to current release)
• ServiceNow scoped application development experience (to current release)
• Integrations experience
• ITIL certification (preferred)
• Domain separation experience (preferred)
• Strongly developed communication skills
• Experience providing top-level customer service
• A passion for cutting edge technology
• Does well in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Learns quickly and adapts well to new challenges
• Enthusiastic and motivated to learn and grow

Responsibilities:

• Building, deploying and maintaining solutions for AHEAD
• Integrating with AHEAD, MS tools and eBonding with customers
• Developing solutions for customers within our internal instance as well as on customers’ instances of ServiceNow
• Collaborating with the Managed Solutions Architect to drive forward current and future AHEAD, MS initiatives
• Participating on sales calls and providing estimates for new and ongoing AHEAD, MS opportunities
• Resolving the most challenging ServiceNow technical issues for AHEAD, MS customers
• Assisting and mentoring other members of the team
• Operating within a Cloud Infrastructure to the highest standards of professionalism and availability
• Managing incidents, requests, changes, and associated communication
• Creating and maintaining supporting KB documentation
• Communicate progress, roadblocks, and recommendations to customers
