Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
  • Serve as an escalation point for internal People team questions, providing timely and accurate guidance.
  • Manage and administer the employee benefits program, including health, vision and dental insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives and other perks and benefits.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as benefits utilization and attrition to measure the effectiveness of People team programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage leaves of absence requests and processes, ensuring clear communication with employees, thorough record keeping, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Proactively monitor and update company policies and processes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Ensure HR systems and records are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with compliance requirements.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
  • Support additional People team initiatives, including compensation strategy and performance management, as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
