Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, Workable or similar).
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain accurate HR data within HRIS and other HR systems.
• Manage HR information systems to optimize efficiency.
• Develop and generate comprehensive HR reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams for compliance and operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage HR projects from inception to completion.
