Requirements:

- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences in clear, concise language.

Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain help center documentation and user guides, API documentation, and release notes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure technical accuracy and address user needs in documentation.
- Assist in maintaining and improving the documentation structure and content for ease of use, ensuring consistent tone, style, and branding across all documents.
- Edit and revise existing documentation based on product updates and customer feedback.
- Participate in documentation reviews with peers and senior writers to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support the creation of UX copy to ensure user-facing content is clear, concise, and aligned with product goals.
- Incorporate feedback from Customer Success and Support teams to address user knowledge gaps and areas of confusion.
- Assist in video content creation by supporting the Senior Technical Writer in scripting, gathering visuals, or reviewing content for technical accuracy.
