Requirements:
  • 3 years of relevant documentation management experience.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision to complete tasks as schedules and to manage the project’s document repository according to Department guidelines and best practices.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills; must be able to interface effectively with SMEs and managers of all levels.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop technical project documentation, reports, and supporting the development of training materials.
  • Perform initial and iterative updates to product documentation.
  • Ensures completion of all committed documentation tasks in parallel with system development with frequent refactoring and tuning of artifacts.
  • Develops new and refine existing technical writing processes to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Translates technical information into clear, understandable documentation to be used by technical and non-technical staff.
  • Advises and assists team members on documentation standards and use of documentation repositories.
