Requirements:
3 years of relevant documentation management experience. Ability to work independently under general supervision to complete tasks as schedules and to manage the project’s document repository according to Department guidelines and best practices. Excellent written and oral communications skills; must be able to interface effectively with SMEs and managers of all levels.
Responsibilities:
Develop technical project documentation, reports, and supporting the development of training materials. Perform initial and iterative updates to product documentation. Ensures completion of all committed documentation tasks in parallel with system development with frequent refactoring and tuning of artifacts. Develops new and refine existing technical writing processes to enhance quality and productivity. Translates technical information into clear, understandable documentation to be used by technical and non-technical staff. Advises and assists team members on documentation standards and use of documentation repositories.
