Provider-side KPI fluency (bets/wins/turnover) Experience modeling uplift vs. baseline and explaining retention tails Shipped in-game promotional mechanics at a game provider or built/ran similar tools Ability to set hypotheses and run A/Bs or scorecard-style evaluations Understanding of rule engines, RNG implications, cross-DC operation, reward catalogs, symbol-level rules Good judgment for keeping the portrait experience clean, fast, and informative Hands-on ownership including PRDs, slicing MVPs, and sprint rituals

Own the promo features roadmap end-to-end Propose own concepts and lead a full-stack team to deliver Model impact by defining baselines, setting hypotheses, and running A/Bs Ensure promo logic is decoupled from games and works across data centers Partner with the business to coordinate adoption and performance
