4+ years of relevant industry experience Primary data thought partner for cross-functional teams Full-stack data support (metric & data model design, exploratory analysis, testing & experimentation, predictive modeling) Fluent in SQL Substantial professional experience with Python or R Built key metrics, reporting, and models from scratch Leveraged A/B testing or causal inference methods

Serve as a founding member of the company’s data science function Design metrics, build data pipelines, run experiments, launch models Work closely with department leads to ensure data-informed decision-making Interpret data to inform product roadmap and user experience Hold teams accountable to measurable impact
