Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology At least 2 years in Cyber Security Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role managing service or solution delivery Minimum 2 years of hands-on project management experience managing or coordinating technical or security-focused projects using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet) Strong understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder communication Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams Ability to travel up to 10% of the time News or Media Entertainment industry experience (desired) Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study (desired) Training in Cyber Security specific disciplines (desired) Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives Demonstrated negotiation and problem resolution skills Experience in large global environments spanning multiple time-zones (desired) Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels of an organization Demonstrated knowledge of recognized Information Security related standards and technologies Demonstrated knowledge of International Information Security and Privacy regulations, laws, and policies
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional Cyber Security projects Develop and track project plans, schedules, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies Serve as a liaison between Cyber Security and business stakeholders Coordinate Cyber Security involvement in business-driven projects Inform and influence business strategy and decisions Facilitate alignment between Cyber Security architects, engineers, and analysts with business needs Keep abreast of Cyber Security trends Support Cyber Security leadership in issue, risk, and event communication Lead and facilitate risk assessment exercises Support the creation and refinement of dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools Facilitate weekly Consumer Product Security scrum meetings
