Manage a team of 12-16 Field Service personnel. Oversee personnel activities to ensure timely service call completion. Review work orders for accuracy of hours/travel. Ensure Service reports & documentation are completed accurately. Follow-up on action items and punch lists with customers. Approve timecards, expense reports, and annual maintenance agreements. Proactively manage agreements for profitable growth. Accountable for growth and margin through sales of maintenance agreements, product retrofits, and billable service. Provide qualified supervision for field service techs on special application equipment. Ensure and coordinate training and development of the team's technical skills. Form strong relationships with internal and external customers. Act as first level escalation for customer issues. Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing Managers, and Engineering for continuous improvement. Provide necessary resources, training, and tools for the team. Gather and share essential KPI’s, weekly/monthly reports, and quality reports. Partner with inventory manager on van inventory levels and specific parts. Prepare technical data reports for Training and Engineering Departments and present suggestions for improvements.
