Requirements:

6 - 8 years of experience in backend development mostly with .Net (C#)
One significant work experience managing and leading a software engineering team
Engineering or University Diploma in computer science (we are also open to self-taught with 5 years experience in computer engineering)
Able to code in a backend language (Golang, C#)
Understanding of Azure or AWS cloud providers
Understanding the overall architecture and function of how multiple technology teams work together to build systems
Excels at troubleshooting
Hands-on and have experience in architecting scalable solutions.

Scaling and leading our globally distributed software engineering teams (Backend).
Putting processes in place to insure high quality and timely delivery of team engineering objectives.
Managing and contributing at times in our quest to build scalable infrastructure whilst limiting technical debt at all times. Look at engineering solutions through the lens of efficiency, quality, and velocity.
